The Mole and Stoichiometry
Think of as many words as you can that describe a certain amount of something (e.g. Dozen, Pair, etc.). Write them down.
The Mole
In Chemistry we use a unit called the MOLE to describe number of atoms or molecules. Because atoms and molecules are very small, this number is very large.
1 MOLE = 6.02 X 10^23 atoms or molecules
