Allele Frequencies
We have talked about how Natural Selection can lead to traits in a population changing over time. Remember thought that traits are really just an expression of genes. Natural Selection can also lead to changes in the versions of certain genes that are present in a population. We call these versions of genes Alleles and how many of a certain allele are present in a population is called the Allele Frequency.
