Isotopes
Journal
How many Protons, Neutrons, and Electrons are there in the following:
1. Chlorine
2. Iron
3. Carbon-14
Isotopes
Isotopes are different versions of the same element that differ in their number of Neutrons (therefore their atomic masses also differ).
Today we began an isotope activity that we will finish in class on Wednesday.
***NOTE: THERE WILL BE A QUIZ ON THE STRUCTURE OF THE ATOM ON FRIDAY!!!
